Before we start our embroidery work, your logo or design has to be digitized. This is a process of mapping out each and every stitch so that our embroidery machines can stitch it onto your garment. Wilcom is the software we use to digitize your logo or design.
Ensure that your logo or design is in a high resolution .jpg, .bmp, .pcx, or .png artwork format. To ensure that we meet your expectations, a sample stitch-out of your logo or design will be provided before stitching it onto your garments.
If you already have a pre-digitized commercial embroidery file, our software can read it as well. We have over 20,000 pre-digitized stock designs and fonts to personalize a gift for someone special or yourself. Call for more information.
